who is it intended for?
Our 4-Week Group Coaching was designed for the individuals that want to become more educated about basic nutrition. If you bounce around different diets, struggle with building healthier habits, are unsure of protein/fats/carbs, and want to have more knowledge on living a healthier lifestyle, this is for you! We want our future 1:1 clients to have an incredible baseline that will help them with their success.

*MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 5 PEOPLE PER GROUP*
Grab some friends, coworkers, or family and do the group coaching together! If less than 5 people are interested in the next month's group, we will not run the group and you will be refunded or can keep it as a placeholder for the next group that begins.
