DECIDE THAT YOU ARE READY TO MAKE A CHANGE

Whether you have goals around increased strength, losing weight, having a better relationship with food, gaining muscle, have an upcoming competition, or just want to lead an overall healthier lifestyle, our coaches are prepared to meet you where you are and happily give you the tools and advice necessary to guide you towards your goals.

SELECT YOUR COACH

Although every single one of our coaches has the tools to support you, it is really important that you choose someone that you are excited to work with and feel connected to. Your coach is going to be your person for more than just food. Check out our coaches and their bios to get to know them. If you do not have a preference, you can let

the system automatically pair you!

MAKE YOUR FIRST PAYMENT

Once you have selected your coach, you will make your first payment and be forwarded to your client account.

We require a three month minimum. This is because no matter what the goal, one month is not enough time to get you there. You may make serious strides, but in order to keep changes sustainable,

three months is a great way to begin.

STEP TWO

After you submit your payment, you will fill out your sign up form. The sign up form consists of in depth questions about your lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, and your goals. Your coach wants to know everything about you so that they can make your plan based off of the individual that you are. You will also submit your first progress photos, current weight, and body measurements.

GET THE TOOLS YOU NEED

Because you will be weighing and tracking your food, you will need to get a food scale and download the app Myfitnesspal. You will sync your MFP account to your client account and all of the data will be forwarded to your coach when you complete your check-ins. 

When you have completed your sign-up form, your coach will receive a notification that you have officially become their client. While they are creating your plan and assessing your needs, head to the resources tab in your profile and read through our Getting Started E-book. If you submit your form during the week, your coach will get back to you with your starting plan within 24hrs. If you submit over the weekend, your coach will get back to you by Monday morning.
