Chicken Fajitas This meal has become a staple in our #mealprep. 5.5oz chicken breast 5.0oz jasmine rice 2.0oz peppers and onions Appliances used: Crockpot Rice cooker Stove 6lbs of chicken breast thrown into the crockpot with chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Himalayan pink salt. Put the crockpot on high for 3-4 hours. Once that 4 hours is up, shred the chicken with forks / shredder tool and add more seasonings. Let sit on warm until rice and peppers are complete. Rice is put in the rice cooker, and peppers + onions are cooked on the stove (takes about 15 minutes). What we love about this meal is the simplicity in ingredients and the flavors that keep it from tasting bland. When reheating we like to pair it with @hank_sauce 👍🏻.
