Chicken Fajita Meal Prep




Chicken Fajitas⁣ ⁣ This meal has become a staple in our #mealprep.⁣ ⁣ 5.5oz chicken breast⁣ 5.0oz jasmine rice⁣ 2.0oz peppers and onions⁣ ⁣ Appliances used:⁣ Crockpot⁣ Rice cooker⁣ Stove⁣ ⁣ 6lbs of chicken breast thrown into the crockpot with chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Himalayan pink salt. Put the crockpot on high for 3-4 hours. Once that 4 hours is up, shred the chicken with forks / shredder tool and add more seasonings. Let sit on warm until rice and peppers are complete. ⁣ ⁣ Rice is put in the rice cooker, and peppers + onions are cooked on the stove (takes about 15 minutes).⁣ ⁣ What we love about this meal is the simplicity in ingredients and the flavors that keep it from tasting bland. When reheating we like to pair it with @hank_sauce 👍🏻.⁣
