Journal Prompt #4: If you could give any piece of knowledge, motivation, tip, or advice to the person you were five years ago, what would you say?


We are always impressed with the dedication clients put forth with their diet, exercise, and overall desire to live a healthy lifestyle. ⁣ ⁣ We are always amazed at the changes the human body can make with a little bit of hard work, time, knowledge, effort, and consistency. ⁣ ⁣ We are always amazed at before and afters. ⁣ ⁣ But what we are more amazed at is a client’s ability to #dothework. ⁣ ⁣ To open up their journal whether it’s weekly or daily, and actually self reflect. ⁣ ⁣ Our mind and body are not separate. ⁣ ⁣ While it’s impressive to see weight loss, muscle gain, and differences in body composition— it’s more impressive to see someone’s ability to love their lifestyle and maintain their healthy living. ⁣ ⁣ This is just an example of some of the journaling questions our clients are given. Every week our clients are given a journaling prompt, podcasts, articles, or space to free write and reflect on their life happenings in the week. Self reflection is the name of the game.
