Playing around with myfitnesspal to draw awareness around intake
Picking one meal where they normally eat out at a restaurant and deciding to cook a healthy meal instead
Eating dessert a 1-2x/week instead of every night
Instead of hitting happy hour a few nights per week & raging out on Friday and Saturday night – they make the change to cutting out the mid-week drinking, and try to stick to one night of binging on the weekend
Slowly weening themselves off creamer and excessive caffeine intake
Picking one item that they normally eat out of a packaged container and deciding to choose the fresh and minimally packaged item instead.
