Reflecting on 2018 and drawing awareness around your current life & your current habits to consider where you can be better and do more— is great. As you enter the new year, consider this...⁣ ⁣ You cannot undo 300 days of unhealthy with 65 days of healthy. ⁣ ⁣ Yes, this means that your cycle of eating meal prep / prepped salad for lunch Monday through Thursday, and then spending Friday through Sunday ordering takeout and hitting up happy hours or long nights at the bar is holding you back from achieving your goals. ⁣ ⁣ You are taking 1 step forward, and 2 steps back. Week by week. ⁣ ⁣ Our bodies crave routine and consistency. ⁣ ⁣ Period. ⁣ ⁣ You are always in choice. ⁣ ⁣ Our efforts to become healthier do no lie in our monthly and yearly goals, they lie in our daily and hourly decisions. ⁣ ⁣ Meal by meal. ⁣ ⁣ Chip away, #dothework, and do it well.
