TRUTH BOMB #6: Is it really what you started doing, or what you stopped doing?

Is it really KETO or did you stop eating like an asshole? ⁣ ⁣ (“Eating like an asshole”: Eating without purpose or intention, eating a diet consisting of mostly refined carbohydrates and sugar, eating without care or attention to the fuel our body needs/wants) ⁣ ⁣ Did you lose weight because you started eating more fat? Or because you stopped eating junk food and sugar all day ⁣ ⁣ Did you lose weight because you started drinking a detox shake? Or because you stopped eating junk food and sugar all day⁣ ⁣ Did you lose weight because you started taking a certain supplement? Or because you stopped eating junk food and sugar all day ⁣ ⁣ 99% of the population does not need to cut out carbs, buy detox teas/meal replacement shakes, or purchase supplements. ⁣ ⁣ 99% of the population does need to move more, take the time to learn how much they should be eating, and consume more fruits and vegetables. ⁣ ⁣ Think of it this way: addition by addition... addition by subtraction...⁣ ⁣ 🧘🏾‍♂️🥦🍌🥩🏋🏻‍♂️⁣ ➕Add:⁣ Meditation⁣ Vegetables⁣ Fruits⁣ High quality protein⁣ Movement⁣ ⁣ 🍩📵😞👩🏾‍💻🍻⁣ ➖Subtract:⁣ Processed foods⁣ Screen time⁣ Toxic relationships⁣ Sitting⁣ Alcohol⁣ ⁣ Sometimes what you stop doing is more important than what you start doing. ⁣ ⁣
