6-Week Gym Training Series 2.0
At Functional Nutrition Fitness we aim to create the fittest version of yourself. We have created a series of 6-week programs that incorporate interval based conditioning, classic strength training methods, and metabolic conditioning sessions that center around functional movements.
Each training session has a purpose, as does each training series. Meaning, you should not move onto the next series until you have finished the first series.
Our intention with FNF is to provide you with a program that focuses on functional movements with logical progressions that keep you engaged and progressing from week to week. Each training session has a purpose, each week builds off of the previous week, and each month will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Routine is the enemy, but random workouts without thoughtful design can at best lead to partial results and often result in burnout and injury. If you are going to push yourself in the gym you need to have a purpose every single day. Let us take the guess-work out of your training.
Each one of our series can be completed at any gym, and will take you (1) hour to complete. There is Conditioning, Strength Training, and the actual Workout for you to complete each day.
