Why we offer Fitness Programming...

To be honest, we wholeheartedly believe in the Crossfit Methodology. We believe that clients have the most success when they are in an environment that is filled with people that are dedicated to bettering themselves in all areas. Our personal opinion is that people that do Crossfit are not focused on burning calories or shrinking themselves. They are focused on their health in its' entirety. Being stronger, faster, fitter, and healthier. We encourage our clients to get involved in the community at their local Crossfit Affiliate. There is nothing that compares to showing up to a class full of motivated, hard-working people, with a workout that is already prepared, guided, and taught by a knowledgable coach. It pushes you in ways that are very hard to do on your own without that environment.

With that, we offer fitness programming for individuals that either do not live close to a CF gym, cannot afford it, or want programming that they can do at the gym they currently go to. Our programming can be done at any gym, and takes no longer than an hour to complete each day. The last thing we want is for a client to invest in 1:1 nutrition coaching, and then be unable to afford a gym membership. The two go hand in hand and our clients must be willing to put forth that effort in both areas. You can read more about our Fitness Programming here.
